We liked that there was a Bible in the room. We appreciated that there was a microwave in the room and that the hotel sold frozen meals that we could cook. we so appreciated that the hotel provided paper plates and cutlery. we don't like to eat out a lot, so this meant a lot to us. The cleaning staff were wonderful- especially the lady from Ukraine - she used her phone to translate so we could communicate. we were blessed to get to know her and very proud of the hotel for hiring her, considering all her country and people are experiencing.

Great quality , at a very good price. The interior of the room was very clean with a very good lay out. The room smelled fresh. Room was very well equipped: microwave, mini fridge. Greatly located : 5 minutes driving distance from West Edmonton mall. Beds were very comfortable . We enjoyed our stay and we will book again on our next weekend trip in the near future. WiFi worked well. No concerns at all during our one night stay.

The room was larger than I'd expected it to be, which gave me ample room to put my yoga mat on the floor. I liked having the small couch there too. The front desk agent was also very helpful with my request to print up three pages from a USB stick that I'd brought along but which didn't work at the computer in the lobby. I hadn't had time to do so before my long drive there. No printer at my home.

Good location, comfortable beds/pillows. Good room temperature. I really liked their bathtub, nice and wide with a sloped back, plus it had a grab bar for helping to get in/out. You can help yourself to coffee/tea in the lobby and can purchase snacks from a well-stocked snack bar. No breakfast, but it's located near a McDonalds and not far from other breakfast spots like Denny's or Cora's.
